Working Process
Operators manually place aluminum tubes into the fixtures of the 16-station indexing disc. The mechanical transmission system drives the rotary table for automatic indexing and precise positioning. After photoelectric detection verifies correct tube placement, the machine automatically starts precision filling. Upon filling completion, the equipment performs multi-mode tube sealing, including standard single-direction 2-fold sealing, and optional 3-fold sealing and saddle folding. Finished products are automatically discharged after processing. The whole process only requires manual tube loading.
