Successful Full Line Acceptance Test
Our workshop recently completed a key acceptance milestone: this automatic bottled filling line passed the full combined test at one time. This turnkey packaging line covers the full workflow for skincare, shampoo and cosmetic liquids. All technical parameters performed stably during continuous running. The line will soon be packed and delivered to an overseas customer.
Stable Operation from Bottle Feeding to Filling
The test proceeded smoothly. Black bottles were fed onto the rotary unscrambller, sorted automatically and conveyed steadily. Bottles then entered the core station: the 6-head servo filling unit. Six filling nozzles perform synchronous volumetric dosing, compatible with serums, lotions and water-based cosmetic liquids. Filling volume can be adjusted via one-touch setting, offering high dosing accuracy, low material waste and flexible production for multiple bottle formats.
Precision Torque Capping & Consistent Labeling
Filled bottles move to the capping station. The system automatically places, aligns and tightens caps with digitally adjustable torque. This guarantees consistent sealing performance and effectively prevents leakage during long ocean transit. After capping inspection, bottles proceed to labeling. Labels are positioned precisely and applied evenly for a premium finish suitable for high-end beauty packaging.
Intelligent Control & Sanitary Construction
Labeled bottles are transferred to the collection table to finish the automated workflow. The whole line is controlled by PLC with an intuitive touchscreen HMI. Built-in intelligent sound-light alarms trigger alerts for missing bottles, jams and other faults to secure stable operation. Constructed from food-grade 304 stainless steel, the equipment complies with daily chemical clean production standards and supports CE certification. It works as a standalone unit or can be integrated into the customer’s full plant automation.
Reliable Synchronized Performance
The combined test fully validated the coordinated operation of all stations. Continuous running from unscrambling, filling, capping and labeling to collection showed stable, reliable performance.
